The main lighting in the room could use an upgrade!!! Low water pressure in the shower definitely dampened the experience!!! WiFi connection issues in certain rooms can be frustrating!!!

The place had a family atmosphere. It was in a marvellous location adjacent to the centre and shops on a quiet street as well as the Highlands.

The Acarsaid impressed me with its warm, cute atmosphere. Karen's hospitality stood out, as she personally checked our room's readiness and comfort. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside. Breakfast offered a wide choice, all served quickly. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfy beds and lovely thick towels. One downside was the noise from the main road outside, especially the trains passing by at night, which interrupted sleep. I noted that the service could be a bit slow at breakfast on busy mornings, but this didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

Attractive unit with a great view. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV set in the room. Marvellous and super location - near bars and restaurants. Btw, set nearby a train station.

Lovely friendly staff, it was fine stay.
The breakfast was gorgeous for vegetarians and had a wide array of food. This was an absolutely spotless and modern hotel with a central location by the passing trains. What's more, it was close enough to the centre of town where there were lots of interesting craft shops, bars and restaurants, the conservatory and the shops.

The hotel is nice, and has free wi-fi, a car park, tv, and an electric kettle. I remember the staff helped me with currency exchange on my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy experience! I'll be back for a business trip.

This place was a total disappointment. You could hear guests clanking around all night, super relaxing, right? And the steakhouse was closed, which I expected to be notified about beforehand. It's almost like I'm just a regular guest! Honestly, I expected a complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences but alas, nothing. I just couldn't give it a good review.
